16 POINTS CHECK-UP 

 Residential: Twice a Year 

Commercial: Quarterly

1. Blower Motor: measure amperage and voltage for proper operation
2. Thermostat: test for proper operation, calibrate, and level
3. Air Filter: clean existing (as needed)
4. Check return air & size
5. Electrical Disconnect Box: inspect for proper rating and safe installation
6. Electrical Wiring: inspect and tighten connections
7. Contactors: Test/check for burned, pitted contacts
8. Capacitors: inspect/test
9. Fan blade: visual check 
10. Clean Condenser Coil: remove debris
11. Service valves: check for proper operation
12. Measure Supply/Return temperature differential
13. Compressor: monitor, measure amperage and volt draw and wiring connections
14. Suction line: Inspect for proper fittings
15. Fittings: Inspect all for signs of oil and leakage
16. Test condensate drain line

33 POINTS CHECK-UP 

 Residential: Twice a Year 

Commercial: Quarterly

BRONZE CHECK-UP INCLUDED

1. Bearing: inspect for wear and lubricate
2. Coil: inspect indoor coil if accessible
3. 19. Condenser Coil Cleaning: remove debris
4. Refrigerant: monitor operating pressures
5. Safety Devices: check for proper operation
6. Electrical Disconnect Box: inspect for proper rating and safe installation
7. Ductwork: Inspect for energy loss
8. Check Unit for Time Delay Relay
9. Check Unit for Isolation Pads
10. Suction line: Inspect for suitable fittings
11. Fittings: Inspect all for signs of oil and leakage
12. Check lines and fittings with Freon leak detector
13. Check Home for proper airflow
14. Test condensate drain line
15. Check evaporation for coil protection
16. Check for safety issues 
17. Visually inspect ductwork, supply, and return plenums for any leaks, separations, and microbial growth for air quality. 

 51 POINTS CHECK-UP 

Residential: Twice a Year 

Commercial: Quarterly

SILVER CHECK-UP  INCLUDED

1. Check evaporator coils fins\and condition 
2. Condensate drain pan inspected 
3. Condensate drain line blow out or vacuum  
4. Add algae tablets to the condensate drain pan  
5. Check condensate overflow safety switches 
6. Disinfect interior cabinet insulation and coil.
7. Check blower motor run capacitor. 
8. Verify all breaker, fuse, and wiring sizes to NEC codes 
9. Check condenser coils fins and condition 
10. Clean outdoor condenser unit pressor contact relay  
11. Test compressor amperage draw 
12. Inspect electrical disconnect wiring and verify voltage 
13. Tighten all electrical connections high/low voltage 
14. Check refrigerant pressures to factory specs (R-22/410-A) 
15. Check suction and liquid line temperatures 
16. Check overall equipment condition 
17. Check the heat pump expansion valve (where applicable) 
18. Check the heat pump control circuit board (where applicable)
